Supporting architectural and engineering drawings, managing building permit applications, design alterations and revision requests through to approval.

Managing preventive and corrective maintenance across buildings and selected residential properties — monitoring conditions and responding to maintenance requests.

Overseeing emergency communications and response efforts to protect occupants, minimize operational disruptions and maintain business continuity.

We support Health & Safety processes across facilities, construction, renovation and maintenance activities, working in coordination with the responsible Health & Safety officers on each building and project to ensure operations follow approved safety plans and procedures.

We monitor and optimize energy consumption, promote sustainable building practices, and evaluate lighting, HVAC and water systems to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction — supporting conservation, waste reduction and environmental compliance alongside the appointed Environmental officer.
